All remaining fees must be paid one week before the scheduled wedding date.
Agreement/Jurisdiction:
The person(s) whose signature(s) appear on this contract, known as “Client”, agree that Brianna Salinas Photography known as the “Photographer”, shall provide services to photograph their session to the best of her abilities. This is a binding contract which incorporates the entire understanding of the parties, and any modifications must be in writing signed by both parties, and physically attached to the original agreement. Client assumes responsibility and for all collection costs and legal fees incurred should enforcement of this contract is broken.
Retainer and Payment:
Vendor agrees to photograph the event of the Client (referred to as “the Event”) on the Event date scheduled in exchange for the grand total of the package. Client shall reserve the time and date of services by signing and returning this contract along with a non refundable first payment. No date is reserved until the contract and first payment are received. In the event Client fails to remit payment (max 30 days past due). Vendor shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement with no further obligation, retain any monies already paid, and not attend this event. No Photography services will take placed no rights are granted until all payments are made. The fee is non refundable in case of cancellation or date change by client. On signing of this Agreement by both parties hereby, Vendor will reserve the time agreed upon and will not make another reservation for the specific time frame for assigned photographer. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable even if the date changes or if the event is canceled for any reason.
Liability:
If photographer is unable to perform any or all of the duties herein for any reason, including but not limited to, fire, transportation problems, accident, illness or technical problems. The Photographer will provide a list of other photographers that can be hired. Any expenses paid is non-refundable.
Method of Cancellation:
In the event of a cancelled or rescheduled session, Brianna Salinas Photography requires a notification in writing prior to the original session date. This is the only method of cancellation. There are no cancellation fees. The down payment is non-refundable in any case of cancellation. If the date changes I will need it in writing with the new scheduled date.

Completion Schedule:
Editing and uploading to an online gallery creation takes up to 4 weeks depending on my schedule. If the completion will take any longer than 4 weeks, Brianna Salinas Photography will notify the client as soon as possible. Clients accept all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs. Photographer is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided or for any future changed in digital technology or media readers that might result in an inability to read disks provided. It is the Client’s responsibility to make sure the digital files are copied to new media as required.
Raw images:
Brianna Salinas Photography will not give out Raw and/or unedited images.
Creative Control:
Brianna Salinas Photography will keep all the Raw images taken during an event and will give clients the completed edited copies. Brianna Salians Photography has the right to photograph in her own photographic style as displayed on Facebook/Instagram and on her website, clients are free to suggest any poses or ideas. The client has critically reviewed samples of the VENDOR’S work and hereby grants full editorial and production control to vendor regarding all aspects of the production and post-production services for the event. Images and videos may be edited at the vendor’s discretion, and delivered images may not include all images taken. VENDOR reserves the creative right to edit and release only those deemed professional in quality and within the VENDOR’s artistic standards.
Digital Files:
VENDOR does not permanently archive image files. VENDOR is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided or for any future changes in digital technology or media readers that might result in inability to read the online gallery provided. It is the Client’s responsibility to make sure that all digital files are copied to new media as required.
Inclement Weather Charge:
In the event of severe weather, including but not limiting, a blizzard, severe rainstorm or other events, VENDOR may make the decision tha it’s unsafe to drive home, and hotel stay will be billed to the client.
Copyright:
VENDOR grants Client a non-exclusive, limited, perpetual license, copyrights for use of the images for the following purposes: (i) display the images, (ii) print the images, (iii) upload, email, display or electronically transfer images, (iv) make “derivative works” of the images or otherwise modify, (v) edit or manipulate the electronic files, use only and does not allow the photos to be sold or published. All photographs taken by the VENDor are VENDOR’s property, will remain our property and are protected by United States Copyright Laws (USC Title 17). Client hereby waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control and use of the images. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
Harassment:
Ensuring the appropriate behavior of all guests and other persons at the wedding and other events covered by VENDOR or her employee experiences any inappropriate, threatening, hostile, or offensive behavior from any guest to another person at the wedding or other event (including, but not limited to, unwelcome sexual advances and verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature) then the following process shall be followed: first offense: a verbal warning will be issued to a family member of the client; second offense: the offending person will be required to leave the wedding or event; third offense: VENDOE will end wedding coverage immediately and leave the event. VENDOR shall be entitled to remain all monies paid hereunder. The client agrees to relieve and hold the VENDOR harmless due to incomplete wedding or event photography.
Meal & Break:
The client will provide one adequate meal to each VENDOR’s team on duty during the Event. To ensure the VENDOR’s team can continue working and not miss any important moments to capture during the event, the Client will ensure that the VENDOR’s meal is served to the VENDOR while the Client s having their meal. Each shooter will take no more than one 30-minute break.
Failure to Perform:
Due to the limited and subjective nature of the event VENDOR cannot be held responsible for requested photographs not taken or missed, lack of coverage resulting from weather conditions, or schedule complications caused by but not limited to, anyone in or at the event, or by the church or location restrictions. VENDOR is not responsible for the lack of coverage due to weather conditions, scheduling complications due to lateness of individuals, rules and restrictions of venue, or the rendering of decorations of the location.
Different Platforms:
Some of the images may be used on different social media platforms from Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and multiple website platforms.
ALL sales are final: Client understands and agrees that all sales and service fees are final.
Product Delivery:
Turnaround time is within 4-12 weeks of the completion of the event.
I have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Each person signing as Client below shall be fully responsible for ensuring that full payment is made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
